S.W.E.A.T – Next study at Navi Mumbai on Sunday 15th

The next session of the SWEAT rate study is  being done at Nerul in Navi Mumbai. Organized by the Navi Mumbai Runners group, Mr Swaminathan has kindly consented to lend us use of his residence for the study.

Time: 6 am

Location: C 1411 Meridian Apts Nerul, Off Palm Beach Road, Behind the Petrol Pump at the Nerul signal, Next to Sushrusha Heart Hospital.

Since a flat is being used, I would highly urge all female runners to use this opportunity.
