Topic 3: Unlocking your true potential

Every runner faces issues at a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Whilst grappling with these issues there are blocks and obstacles which are often unresolved leading to dissatisfaction with one’s performance.
Through an interactive session of Emotional Freedom Technique, Dr Mirza, an avid runner himself, intends to share a beautiful tool to overcome mental blocks thus unlocking one’s true potential to achieve a Personal Best.
Mrs. Varadayini Chitale, an eminent sports psychologist will be the chairperson for this session.
About Dr. Mansoor Mirza:
Dr. Mansoor Mirza, is a holistic healing practitioner, practicing from his clinic at Khar (W), since 20 years.
Dr. Mansoor Mirza has been practicing E.F.T. for 10 years now. It not only deals with unwanted emotional blocks, but treats physical issues as well.
Dr Mirza is himself geared to run his first Full Marathon the next day.

Varadayini Chitale is a sports psychologist, who has done her MSc Psychology of Sport and Exercise from Loughborough University, UK. She has specialised in Performance Psychology, Motivation in Exercise and Sports, Research methods and Applied Sport Psychology.

She has also been pursuing outdoor running for the last two years and has participated in a couple of 10km-runs.
