Declaration

By submitting the form, the participant hereby declares that he / she is physically fit to participate in this event and has attained all necessary physical examination by a registered medical practitioner.  He / She acknowledges that participating in this event may carry some risk to his / her health.  He / She releases the organizers from any liability or any loss or injury which he / she may suffer while participating in the race. He / She has read and understood all the “RULES & REGULATIONS” and the information provided by him / her is accurate as per his / her knowledge.  Further, he / she grants full permission to any and all foregoing use to his / her likeness, including photographs and videotape for publicity and advertising purposes without compensation.  By signing, I accept all rules & regulations and declaration: 

Rules & Regulations

• The event is organized under the aegis of MUMBAI SUBURBAN DISTRICT ATHLETICS ASSOCIATION. Timings will be recorded through Electronic method (Timing chip).
• Only Indian nationals residing in MUMBAI are eligible to participate in this event.
• Race timing will be recorded on Mat-to-Mat basis i.e. your timing starts/stops when you cross start/finish line.
• Participant must submit copy of his ID proof for age verification.
• Participant must bring ID proof for collecting the BIB.
• Authority Letter for collecting the BIB of any other participant.
• The BIB allotted to the participant is non-transferable and request for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
• The BIB properly pinned at 4 corners on the front of your T-shirt is compulsory, without which a participant will not be allowed to take part in the event.
• Snacks and refreshments will be served to all participants after the race. It is compulsory to show BIB for collecting snacks. Without BIB, snacks will not be served.
• Finishers Medal will be given to each participant in all categories after finishing the race. It is compulsory to show BIB for collecting the finisher Medal.
•  Protest, if any should be lodged within 15 minutes of completion of the event with a protest fee of Rs. 1000/- that will be returned if the protest is upheld.
•  The decision of the JURY will be final and binding.
•  The event organizer reserves the right to modify the Date, Venue, Distance, Race Start time and any other changes related to this event at any given point of time.
