Terms and Conditions

• I declare that my participation in this event is voluntary.
• I declare that I have no medical conditions that limit and/or restrict my participation in leisure and/or sporting events, and that I certify that I am fit to participate in this event.
• I understand that I will need to be suitably attired for this event, and this attire will mandatorily include a Helmet, for safety purposes.
• I have fully understood the risks and responsibilities of participating in The Commute Challenge or any event mentioned in this application form.
• I further state that in the event of any untoward incident, I will not hold the Smart Commute Foundation, its office bearers, its sponsors or any of its participants responsible for the same.
• Users of email services that offer filtering/blocking of messages from unknown email address should add this email id samriddh@smartcommutefoundation.org to their address list.
• The information given by me in this application form is true and I am responsible for the accuracy of the information.
• YouTooCanRun is only a service provider and is not in any way responsible for the delivery of the event.
• I understand that the Smart Commute Foundation and its organizers and/or volunteers have the sole right of permitting participation in this event, and that it may exercise this right to disqualify participation in this event, either at the time of registration, or during the event itself. Reasons for disqualification include falsification of information provided, and/or any malpractices that come to the attention of the organizers.
