TUFFMAN Monsoon Ultra 2017-Coorg

Tuffman is very happy and proud to announce the 2rd edition of Tuffman Monsoon Ultra- Coorg

It’s A Tuffman Race for Title Tuffman and Half Tuffman.

There are four race categories

Race – Start Time – Cut Off Timings:

80 K – 06:00 hrs – 12:45 hrs (13:30 hrs)
50 K – 07:00 hrs – 8:00 hrs (8:30 hrs)
30 K – 08:00 hrs – 5:00 hrs
20 K – 08:00 hrs – 3:30 hrs

Yes!! We are giving abundant time to halt, exhale and relish supercalifragilistic expialidocious views.

It will be a very drenching and strenous ultra experience for all the runners. This ultra trail will keep you ever fresh as the race course is full with the fragrance of coffee and cocoa beans and one can have a mesmerising affair with the backwaters and will provide you a reviving and zealous escapade all together.

Start and Finish Point is approximately 6Km from Coorg County Resort for all the race categories that is Harangi Backwaters.

4 Aid Stations along with 1 Medical Station will be put up in the race as they shall be enough to keep you well hydrated and energyful all the way to and fro.

The race course is almost traffic free with a combination of 1K Muddy and 7K of Tar Road. You’ll start your race from Back Waters, Temple Midway, Villages enroute touching the U Turn – L.V.T Coffee Estate.

We are also organizing an Upma Party for all the runners on 11th September 2017 i.e, Friday at 17:00 hrs at venue, where we’ll talk about the race, routes and conditions.

WHAT’S THERE IN THE COST:
Every runner is entitled to have a T-shirt and Poncho as the race will be in Monsoon season.

OTHER ITEMS IN THE COST:
Bib with Running chip, Category wise Tuffman Trophy, Certificate, Hydration and Nutrition during the race, Pre Run Upma Party, Post Race Booze Party with DJ, and your photos throughout and video clips at finish line.

Perfect sunrise and sunset and a body wash at Backwaters.

ACCOMMODATION & FOOD is organized at Coorg County Resort (Our Hospitality Partner – an Eco Village resort) for runners and his/her mates.

Comfy Suites, Super Deluxe Rooms & Cottages for your cool and comfy stay. Nice Jungle walks, In and Outdoor games like Snooker, Chess and Carrom, Beautiful Swimming Pool will be there in resort. For your sightseeings, you can directly contact us or the manager at reception.

Delicious South Indian food, heavy carb – loading and lots of booze, soothing tunes and bonfire … these all will be there at the Coorg County Resort.

******************IMPORTANT NOTE********************

Accommodation is very limited and we suggest you to book the same ASAP, as we will be allotting rooms on first come, first serve basis only. Coorg County Resort is well equipped with 40 rooms and the other resorts nearby are much higher in room tariffs. I would simply say that staying at the resort will be more comfy as the race starts near Coorg County Resort only & is well equipped for a hospitable stay for your family and friends.

# You will get elevation gain 600 mts. in every loop.
# Only 50% fees will be refunded if cancelled prior cut off date for the event that is up to 15th July, 2017. However, no refunds in accommodation would be entertained.
