The winter of 2012 finds Mr Surendra Desadia preparing to run his second Half Marathon. He has started well in time, by the month of Sep and has ramped up his training and mileage quite nicely. He has been running through the year on the treadmill at Cardiac Rehab and this has stood him in good stead. So increasing his mileage was not a big challenge.
He has already run his longest 18Kms distance on Saturday 15th Dec. On Sunday, 16th Dec he plans to do a 20K and peak for his training to be followed by a slow taper towards Jan 20th.
