TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Only the runners who will be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 or have proof of recovery from COVID-19, up to 15 days before receiving their participation kit shall have the right to register and participate in the “Inorbit Durgam Cheruvu Run (IDCR) Hyderabad 2022”.
  • Before submitting the applications, participants are requested to ensure that all information as requested in the form has been duly filled in.
  • Participants shall provide a secure email ID/mobile number that they access regularly since this will be the primary means of communication during the run-up to the event. Any notice/intimation/updates sent to the email address/mobile number registered with the Organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.
  • Participants are required to choose the event category carefully. Registrations once confirmed cannot be canceled and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified.   • The minimum age limit to participate in the 21 km Race is 18 years and it concerns only able-bodied runners.
  • The minimum age limit to participate in the 10 km Race is 18 years and it concerns only able-bodied runners.
  • The minimum age limit to participate in the 5 km Race is 12 years and it concerns only able-bodied runners
  • In the case of minor participants in the 5km Races (children between 12 and 17 years old), the registration must be submitted by the parent/guardian. By submitting the relevant entry form, the consent of the parent/guardian for the participation of the child in the event is assumed.
  • Participants in the “Inorbit Durgam Cheruvu Run (IDCR) Hyderabad 2022” are fully aware of and understand the full risks involved in their participation in the race, in regard to possible injury or harm to their health. Participants take full responsibility for their fitness condition and ability to participate in the “Inorbit Durgam Cheruvu Run (IDCR) Hyderabad 2022” event and do not hold the Organizers or any of the members of the organizing committee or associated entities responsible for any injury or accident or any other harm that may be caused by participating or spectating the event.
  • Every runner shall participate in the event on his/her own responsibility and shall bear full responsibility with respect to his/her fitness condition and ability to participate.
  • Participants are encouraged to consult a physician and undergo a complete medical examination (at their own cost) to assess their suitability to participate in the event.
  • Participants assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats, and all other risks associated with a public event.
  • All confirmed participants are required to collect their running number bibs/timing chips from the designated collection centers (as may be informed) in person and are obligated to bear the race bib, on the front of their chest. The same is not transferable. Bibs can be distributed in-absentia with the written consent of the registered runners (subject to verification of documents)
  • All participants must respect and follow the instructions of the organizers, volunteers, Race Director or the Medical Staff or by the Aid Station Volunteers and regulations of the event, before, during, and after the race, including calls to abandon the course and stop the race.
  • The Organizers reserve the right to change the event’s schedule, the terms and conditions regarding participation and staging of the event, without prior notice.
  • Participants confirm that their name and media recordings that may be taken during the Event may be used to publicize the event, with no right to claim full or partial compensation for that reason.
  • Participants agree that their personal data/information may be stored and used by the Organizers or given to any third parties in connection with the promotion, and smooth administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information. By submitting an application form, the participants consent to the storing of personal data and for the purposes of the event.
  • Participants agree that they shall not resort to any impersonation or misrepresentation of age or other details and that they shall at all times behave with integrity in the conduct of the event. The registration is not transferable.
  • Participants confirm that in the event the Participant does not attend the race, the Participant shall not be entitled to any refund.
  • Participants confirm that in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any force majeure or restriction by authority, the Organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. Participants understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified. The Organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable).
  • Participants will not be allowed to stay on the course beyond the cut-off time considering the safety and health issues. Total co-operation from runners in this regard is expected.
