KFM 2017 BIB Collection and Race Day Details

Dear Runner,

Thank you for registering for IDBI Federal Life Insurance Kolkata Full Marathon 2017.

BIB DISTRIBUTION DETAILS :
Date and Time:-
27th January, Friday – 10:00 am to 06:00 pm
28th January, Saturday – 10:30 am to 06:00 pm

Venue: Stephen Hall, Stephen Court, 18A, Park Street, Kolkata 700071

Please carry a copy of photo id and confirmation mail/sms while collecting the BIB. This is mandatory.
If someone else is collecting the BIB on your behalf, then he/she should produce the registration confirmation and authority letter.

RACE DAY INFORMATION :

Venue:  Rangers Ground, Red Road
Reporting Time:  1 hour before the race

Warm up:
Half Marathon: 6:00 am to 6:15 am
10K Run : 7:00 am to 7:15 am
5K Run : 8.30 am to 8:45 am

Start Time:
Full Marathon: 5.00 am
Half Marathon: 6:30 am
10K Run : 7:30 am
5K Run : 9.00 am

Baggage Counter : Only for Full Marathon, Half Marathon and 10km Participants.

Parking:  Bangobashi Ground ( For 42k and 21k Runners), Shahid Minar Ground (For 10k and 5k Participants)

Traffic Restrictions on race day:

Roads completely closed: 5:00 am to 11:00 am
Red Road, Khiddirpore Road, Hospital Road, Queens Way, Goshto Paul Sarani, Government Place West,
Council House Street

Roads partly closed:
Strand road (South bound blocked / North bound open for traffic)
Traffic closed between – Eden Garden Railway Station to Fort William / Prinsep Ghat/ Hastings
Open between ‘Fort William / Prinsep Ghat/ Hastings’ to ‘Eden Garden Railway Station’

Cathedral Road (South bound blocked / North bound open for traffic)
Traffic closed between – Chowringhee Road to AJC Bose Road via Cathedral Road
Vehicles can move from ‘AJC Bose Road’ to ‘Chowringhee Road’3
