To have a perfect recovery, make sure to follow these steps:

Step 1: Check-in: Show your YouTooCanRun Athlete Card at the registration desk and collect your free beer or recovery smoothie coupon.
Step 2: Click your photo: Make sure to take a lot of photos at the celebration lounge with your friends.
Step 3: Relieve your Muscles & Joints: Use Foam Rollers by yourself. If needed seek assistance of the physios
Step 4: Go to the ice bath: We have a unique feature of having the ice bath in the lounge. If you want to have the ice bath, make sure to carry additional clothes and towel to change into something dry.
Step 5: Celebrate the run with food & drinks: Post the Ice Bath you can have your breakfast. The coupon is only applicable to 1 beer/recovery smoothie, however, if you want more you can buy at your own expense.
