Mumbai Road Runners Awards Dinner

We have finalized the venue of the 4th annual Mumbai Road Runners’ Awards Nite to be held on Saturday, 1st February 2014. The Awards Nite will be held at “White Restaurant”, Ozone Club (erstwhile Nirlon Swimming Pool),1st floor, Off S.V. Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai 400 062.

Runners interested in attending this Bash are requested to make the payment which will be Rs.750/- per person to be paid in cash to any one of the following volunteers, viz.

Ram @ Goregaon
Mani Iyer @ Navi Mumbai
Viv Menon @ Goregaon

The event will start at 6.30 p.m. and close at 12.00 a.m. Music will stop at 10.30 p.m.

Please note that the amount of Rs.750/- covers the food and the soft drinks. Alcohol and beer will be charged separately by the bar at the restaurant, which should be paid by cash by the runners’ individually.

Please note it is “first pay first serve” basis so only those who have paid to one of the volunteers above will be given a pass/coupon to enter the Runners’ Bash. They should also mandatorily register at the weblink given below. Runners can come with their spouses or their partners, but limited to one companion only and children are not allowed.

Please note that since this is a “by Runners for Runners” post marathon party we expect good attendance by the runners. There are limited seats in the hall, so people are requested to please confirm their participation and make the payments as soon as possible.

Those coming by train should get down at Goregaon station, come to the West and take an auto for Nirlon swimming pool. The old name of Ozone club is Nirlon Swimming Pool and it famously known by that name even now. We will place the Google map on the site shortly.
