Progressive Fitness Programs: Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor (Progressive Fitness – U.S.A.)

 

Duration:

3 months (twice a week)

 

Eligibility Criteria:

 

Atleast 18 years of age

Must hold a current CPR Certification at the time of exam

Onsite (in-person)/Correspondence

Group / Aerobics Instructor: Music, Cueing Movement, Choreography, Class Design, Exercise Environment, Instructor Burnout, Fitness Testing, etc.

 

Personal / Gym Trainer: Assessment, Aerobic Program Design & Implementation, Anaerobic Program Design & Implementation, Program Evaluation, Flexibility, Communication concepts, Trainer/Client Relationship, etc.
