Running and Fitness Coaching Education in India
The NSCA headquarters features a 6,000 sq. ft. Performance Center designed specifically to train athletes of all levels from novice and youth to tactical and elite. It serves as a proving ground for the testing and application of scientific principles to optimize sports performance.

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist …is for professionals who design and implement strength training and conditioning programs for athletes in a team setting.

Certified Special Population Specialist …is for fitness professionals who, using an individualized approach, assess, motivate, educate, and train special population clients of all ages regarding their health and fitness needs, preventively, and in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer certification… is for professionals who work with both active and sedentary clients in one-on-one situations.

Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitators… apply scientific knowledge to physically train military, fire and rescue, law enforcement, protective services, and other emergency personnel to improve performance, promote wellness, and decrease injury risk.

Founded in 1958, The Road Runners Club of America is the oldest and largest national association of running clubs, running events, and runners dedicated to promoting running as a competitive sport and as healthy exercise. The mission of the RRCA is to promote the sport of running through the development and growth of running clubs and running events throughout the United States. The RRCA supports the common interests of runners of all abilities during all stages of life by providing education and leadership opportunities along with programs and services that benefit all runners.
RRCA Coaching Certification Course Two-Day Schedule
The two-day course includes 16 hours of in-person coursework followed by an online, multiple-choice exam with immediate results. Current CPR and first aid Certification required for exam.
