Dr. Mansoor Mirza, a holistic healing practitioner was the 5th speaker of the session, ‘Unlocking Your True Potential’, at The India Running Summit 2016 presented by GOQii. The session was chaired by Miss.Varadayini Chitale.
Every runner has to face difficulties both emotionally and mentally. And sometimes a special technique like, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is more than enough to overcome these hurdles.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of counseling intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT).
Dr. Mansoor Mirza discussed with the crowd the details of these techniques, demonstrated EFT and also called a runner on the stage and proved the effectiveness of EFT. To learn more about the technique watch the entire session.

Dr. Mansoor Mirza, is a holistic healing practitioner, practicing from his clinic at Khar (W), since 20 years. Dr. Mansoor Mirza has been practicing E.F.T. for 10 years now. It not only deals with unwanted emotional blocks, but treats physical issues as well. Dr Mirza is himself geared to run his first Full Marathon the next day.
